株式会社キラメキは映像制作プロダクションのロックンロール・ジャパン株式会社、キャスティングを行う株式会社GOLDCAST、広告クリエイティブ企画・制作を手がける株式会社ホワイトブリーフの3社と資本提携し、株式会社多角形（本社：東京都渋谷区、代表取締役：前野 龍三)を設立、2025年1月より「多角形グループ」として本格始動いたしました。
また、2025年2月には、生成AIに特化したクリエイティブ企業「株式会社GenCraft」を設立し、広告・クリエイティブ領域のさらなる発展を目指します。

KIRAMEKI INC. has formed a capital alliance with three companies – the video production company Rock ‘n’ roll Japan Co., Ltd., the casting company GOLD CAST Co., Ltd. and the advertising creative planning and production company Whitebriefs Co., Ltd. – to establish TAKAKKEI Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Ryuzo Maeno), which started full-scale operations as the ’TAKAKKEI Group’ in January 2025.
In February 2025, a creative company specialising in generative AI, GENCRAFT Inc. was also established, aiming for further development in the advertising and creative fields.
